🏋️Monday: Upper Body Strength

Build upper body strength and tone your arms, shoulders, chest, and back with focused dumbbell exercises. Controlled movements improve endurance, posture, and definition.

 

Equipment: Dumbbells, optional mat and stepstool.

🦵Tuesday: Lower Body Strength

  • Times: 6am-6:45am; 7am-7:45am; 6pm-6:45pm; 7pm-7:45pm

  • Coach: Hardy

  • Level: All Levels

Strengthen and sculpt your legs and glutes with targeted lower body exercises.

 

 

Equipment: Dumbbells, optional mat and stepstool.

🥊Wednesday: Cardio Kickboxing

  • Times: 6am-6:45am; 7am-7:45am; 6pm-6:45pm; 7pm-7:45pm

  • Coach: Hardy

  • Level: All Levels

A fun, high-energy class combining punches, kicks, and cardio drills for a total-body burn. Boost endurance, coordination, and confidence while torching calories.

Equipment: Dumbbells, optional mat and stepstool.

  • Times: 6am-6:45am; 7am-7:45am; 6pm-6:45pm; 7pm-7:45pm

  • Coach: Hardy

  • Level: All Levels

Challenge every major muscle group with a total-body strength session. Using dumbbells, a step stool, and bodyweight movements, this class builds strength, balance, and endurance.

  • Times: 6am-6:45am; 7am-7:45am; 6pm-6:45pm; 7pm-7:45pm

  • Coach: Hardy

  • Level: All Levels

Finish the week strong with a class focused on core stability and full-body conditioning.Engage your abs, obliques, and lower back while adding light cardio intervals for an energizing end to the week.

 

Equipment: Dumbbells, optional mat and stepstool.

Separate sessions to make up missed upper, lower, or cardio kickboxing classes. Same format and intensity as weekday versions.
